There are thousands of thoughts lying within a man that he does not know till he takes up the pen and writes. ~ William Makepeace Thackeray.

ESCAPE INTO WHAT'S REAL
Launched in 2010 by lifelong runner and yoga newbie, Amy Svoboda, Path of Intention's philosophy is: Take time for yourself. You're worth it! Your family will thank you. Your boss will thank you. Your dog will thank you. Most importantly, you will be grateful you did it. Run a little farther. Breathe a little deeper. Escape into what's real. Connect with yourself, and put it in writing. Because when it's in writing, you have proof!

For Amy, the clutter begins to clear from her head soon after lacing up her running shoes and hitting the road outside her front door --or two deep breaths into her favorite yoga class. Negative thoughts slip away making room for creative ideas, solutions to tough problems and clarification of dreams. She may be tripping over backpacks and toys on her way out the door, but she has learned space clearing of the brain is the first priority!

Path of Intention's mission is to create inspirational, attractive, eco- responsible products for runners, yoga participants and people who want to transform their life in an active way and connect with their own path of intention.
Path of Intention donates $1 from every Eco-Running Journal sold to running clubs for underserved youth. We believe in the lifelong emotional and physical benefits of running, yoga and physical activity.
Amy Svoboda is a volunteer youth running club coach and charity marathon runner for Chicago Run.
All Path of Intention journals are manufactured using 100% recycled, 100% post-consumer, FSC certified paper. Covers are made using recycled milk cartons.
